We are an investment holding company listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, comprising businesses with established reputations across the LPG, Cables and Building Materials and ICT spaces, amongst others.
JAG Capital Berhad’s journey began in 1965 as Sharikat Permodalan dan Perusahaan Perak Berhad (Limited). The Company was renamed Permodalan Perak Berhad in 1995, and a year later, it became KUB Malaysia Berhad. In 1997, the Company reached a defining milestone with its listing on the Main Board of KLSE (now Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities). On 3 November 2025, the company entered a new chapter with its official name change to JAG Capital Berhad.
