We are an investment holding company listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, comprising businesses
with established reputations across the LPG, Power, Agro and ICT spaces, amongst others.
Our history as an entity dates back to 1996, when Koperasi Usaha Bersatu Malaysia Berhad executed a reverse takeover of Permodalan Perak Berhad, a company listed on the Bumiputera Stock Exchange. The entity then changed its name to KUB Malaysia Berhad and was listed on The Main Board of KLSE (now Bursa Malaysia) in 1997.
